Leighty’s Farm Market
If you are looking to also enjoy some fresh air while out shopping, there's a grand market waiting in the town of Newry on Sundays. Get ready for Leighty’s Farm Market! Rain or shine, for eight hours every Sunday from April to October, this outdoor market has a little of something for everyone. About a half hour from your campsite, it's well worth the drive... the outdoor market is the perfect place to mingle and interact with the locals and learn about the area, as well as find some special souvenirs to take home with you to remember your time at Buttonwood.
Leighty’s is also home to a farmer's market, open year round Sunday through Saturday 7am to 9pm. Leighty’s proudly stated that they are “...where you can come back to the farm," with a rich history dating back to the early 1900’s.
