Buttonwood Campground Rules & Policies

• Quiet Hours: From 11:00PM to 8:00AM.
• Speed Limit: 7½ MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully for the safety of our children.
• Visitors: For insurance purposes, visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Daily visitors will be charged $2.00 per person, and overnight visitors will be charged $5.00 per person per night. Unregistered guests at your site will be your responsibility.
• Pets: Must be on a leash. The pet owner is responsible for cleanup and pet behavior. Pets should not be left unattended. If you have more than 3 dogs, there is a charge of $10.00 per extra dog per night.
• Campfires: Campfires are permitted in the fire rings only. Please do not move the rings.
• Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are permitted at the campsites and can be consumed by legal adults only. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in or around the game room, office, store or pool.
• Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times.
• Bicycles: Bicycle riding after dusk is prohibited. Any child 12 or under must wear a helmet. At dusk, all bikes are to be placed safely at your site.
• Privacy: As a courtesy to your fellow campers, do not take shortcuts through other campers’ sites.
• Campsites: Campsites must be kept clean and free of clutter. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• Trash: Please place trash out on the road between 10:00 and 11:00AM for pickup, or put trash in dumpster behind the barn.
• Pool: Swimming pool hours and rules are posted at the pool.
• Liability: Buttonwood Campground is not liable for any acts of theft, vandalism, or damage cause by natural elements. You are responsible for carrying insurance coverage for your camper and its contents.

Campsite Reservations:
One night deposit required.
Cancellation Policy for Campsites:
If notice is received 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund less $5.00 handing fee.
If notice received 7 days prior to arrival: Rain check. Less than 7 days notice: No refund / No rain check.
Campsite check-in time: 1:00PM / Check-out time: 1:00PM.

Cabin Minimum Stays & Reservations:
Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on Holiday weekends.
A deposit to cover the minimum stay is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy for Cabins:
Notice must be given at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $10.00 handling fee.
Pets are only permitted in the rustic cabin and log cabin 1.
Cabin check-in time: 3:00PM / Check-out time: 1:00PM.

Buttonwood Campground reserves the right to add to or alter these rules and policies
at any time due to any unforeseen occurrences in the future.
